Learning Method

To understand a package first of all you need to be familiar with the manual system. You should start thinking with, actually what you want to do in the software and what is the first step you should take for that.
In commodity trading market, you do trades daily buy/sell for itself or clients from market or brokers.
To keep records of daily trades and overall net position what is done in a day or till the day you need this software.

How to use this Software

  • First of all you have to prepare Account Master.  Here you can create clients, brokers, banks, expenses and all others accounts except commodities.

  • New commodities can be created in Master’s Commodity option.

  • Now you need to feed brokerage, that you charge from clients and pay to brokers. This can be done in Master’s Brokerage option.

  • Now you can start your main work like import trades in Daily works – Import File option from text files (available through online backup on trading system) or you can feed trades manually in Daily Works – Sauda Entry option .

  • To calculate 'Mark to Market' loss & profit you need closing rates that you can import in Daily works – Rate File Import option from text files( available on i-net) or feed manually via Daily works – Closing Rate Entry .

if you want to make daily MTM bills, with closing rates, do this.
  • Run Daily works – Future CF-BF option. This will generate a closing rate trade on same day and vice versa on next trading day.
  • After all the above process now you can post MTM (P&L) value in Financial Accounts via Daily works   MTM Posting.
OR
If you want to make only squared trades bill daily, weekly or monthly, do this
  • Run Daily works - Future Self Squaring

  • To see a report use Reports – Net Detail option. Here  you can see net or detail  trades position of A or multiple accounts for A day or specific period on screen or printer.

  • To feed Cash / Bank or Journal entries use Financial – Vouchers option.
